Registration Fees



To encourage broad participation in the conference, organizers are offering a two-tiered fee structure, with lower registration fees for delegates from middle/low-income countries (World Bank Classification) and students/post-docs/youth delegates.

Day passes will be available for purchase on-site only at the following fees:
  • Regular Delegates, Middle/low-income countries*: USD 270/day
  • Regular Delegates, High-income countries*: USD 420/day

Please note that:
  • Registration fees must be paid in USD only.
  • All dates and times mentioned refer to Central European Time Zone (CET).
We urge all delegates to register early. The registration fee for regular delegates, students/post-docs and youth delegates includes entry to all conference sessions, the exhibition and poster area, and the opening and closing session.

If the completed registration form, the payment in full and the required supporting documents (if applicable) are received on or before 18 April 2013, a conference bag and other conference materials including the Pocket Programme and the Conference CD-ROM are guaranteed. If the completed registration form and/or the full payment and/or the required supporting documents (if applicable) are received after 18 April 2013 (including onsite registrations), the conference organizers cannot guarantee that a conference bag and other conference materials will be available. All conference bags and conference materials will be distributed onsite. Conference bags and conference material will not be mailed to regular delegates, students/post-docs and youth delegates.
